1. Services
RiseNewSelf offers live coaching sessions, workshops, and group training in personal development. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Payment is due at the time of booking. You may request to reschedule a session without charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, no credit or refund will be issued.
2. Digital Products
We provide online courses, webinars, and digital guides. All digital products are delivered via download or streaming and cannot be returned once accessed. If you encounter a defect or cannot access purchased content, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement link or grant access to an equivalent product.
3. Physical Goods
Physical items such as printed workbooks or merchandise may be ordered for delivery. You may return unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.
4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with all offerings. The refund process varies by type of purchase:
- Services: Refunds are available if we cancel a session or event. To request a refund, contact us at contact.html with your booking details. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also opt for a session credit.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are final once access is granted. Defect claims are handled as replacements, not refunds.
- Physical Goods: Upon receipt of a valid return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection.
5. Rescheduling and Credits
If a scheduled service does not suit your timing, you may request a new date without penalty at least 7 days prior. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for credits or changes.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain exclusive coaching packages or time-limited events may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, we will clearly state this before purchase and provide a detailed explanation of value and scheduling requirements.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
